| 1. | Each contestant must be a female impersonator who has reached the age of 18 prior to the pageant date. |
| 2. | For those of legal drinking age, the use of alcohol is to be kept to a minimum. Drugs are prohibited anywhere on the property. |
| 3. | The entry fee, paid prior to the pageant day, is $100.00. Entry fee paid the day of the pageant is $125.00. No personal checks will be accepted. |
| 4. | Each contestant is allowed one dresser.
The name must be turned in at rehearsal. This will be the only additional
person allowed in the dressing room. NO EXCEPTIONS!
For those with back up dancers, etc., they will be allowed into the dressing room one number prior to going onstage. |
| 5. | Talent numbers are limited to seven (7)
minutes. Dancers and props are permitted. Props must be removed from the property
before opening for the next business night.
Props remaining on the property after that time are subject to management removal. Props that would create a hazard to other contestants or patrons, or those that would necessitate a clean up, e.g., fluids of any kind, glitter, confetti, fire, etc., are not permitted. |
| 6. | Contestants will be judged in the following categories by a panel of not more than five (5) judges: |

| 7. | Rehearsal and registration will be held at New Beginnings on Sunday, November 19th at 6:00 p.m. The club opens for business at 7:00 p.m., with the pageant beginning at 8:00 p.m. |
| 8. | The prizes, based on 10 contestants, are as follows: |

Crown and $500.00 (*see #11 below) to be awarded as follows - $125.00 when crowned, $250.00 in bookings, and $125.00 when the crown is passed on. |

| 9. | A detailed description of eveningwear must be turned in at the rehearsal on Sunday, November 19th at 6:00 p.m. |
| 10. | For more information, call New Beginnings, 423-282-4446, between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Thursday - Saturday. Closed Sunday - Wednesday. |
| 11. | *As a winner of one of New Beginnings' pageants you are representing New Beginnings. As such, we ask you to agree to New Beginnings' "non-compete" request. As a representative of New Beginnings, we request that you do not perform at any other performance venue within a 50-mile radius of Johnson City. If the winner does not honor this request, the bookings portion of the prize package will be forfeited by the winner. |
