| 1. | Each contestant must be a female or male impersonator who has reached the age of 18 prior to the pageant date. |
| 2. | The use of drugs anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. For those of age, consumption of alcohol is to be kept to a minimum. |
| 3. | An entry fee of $40.00 ($60.00 after June 14, 2026) must accompany each application in the form of cash or money order. No personal checks will be accepted. Applications will be turned in at rehearsal. PRINT YOUR APPLICATION NOW! |
| 4. | The pageant date is Sunday June 28th, 2026 at 10:30 p.m. sharp (drag time). Registration/rehearsal is at 6:00 p.m. at New Beginnings Nightclub, 2910 Bristol Highway, Johnson City, TN. Rehearsal is mandatory! |
| 5. | To enter the pageant, a contestant must not hold any current or previous titles. |
| 6. | Contestants
will be judged in the following categories by a panel of judges:
Interview--------------------10 points Evening wear--------------10 points Talent------------------------20 points (*all props must be removed from the property by the close of business on Pageant night - any prop remaining after that time will be removed by management*) |
| 7. | Awards:
Mister and Miss East Tennessee: crown and $100.00 and $100.00 paid entry fee to Miss/Mr. New Beginnings |
| 8. | Awards are based on 10 contestants. |
