| 1. | Each contestant must be a female or male impersonator who has reached the age of 18 prior to the pageant date. |
| 2. | The use of drugs anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. For those of age, consumption of alcohol is to be kept to a minimum. |
| 3. | An entry fee of $40.00 must accompany each application in the form of cash or money order. No personal checks will be accepted. Applications will be turned in at rehearsal. PRINT YOUR APPLICATION NOW! |
| 4. | The pageant date is Sunday June 15, 2025 at 10:30 p.m. sharp (drag time). Registration/rehearsal is at 6:00 p.m. at New Beginnings Nightclub, 2910 Bristol Highway, Johnson City, TN. Rehearsal is mandatory! |
| 5. | To enter the pageant, a contestant must not hold any current or previous titles. |
| 6. | Contestants
will be judged in the following categories by a panel of judges:
Interview--------------------10 points Evening wear--------------10 points Talent------------------------20 points (*all props must be removed from the property by the close of business on Pageant night - any prop remaining after that time will be removed by management*) |
| 7. | Awards:
Mister and Miss East Tennessee: crown and $100.00 and $100.00 paid entry fee to Mr./Miss New Beginnings |
| 8. | Awards are based on 10 contestants. |
